  1. Before I join this group, I didn't have the motivation to change my lifestyle.
    After joining it I have access to a lot of information.
    It made me want to get changed.

    It's hard for me to get myself change lifestyle soon, so I try little by little and it works.
    I try to eat healthier, try to do diaphragm breathing.
    And I try to do exercise too.
    (I didn't do any exercise since 6th grade lol)

    Though my body can't afford to exercise 30m' every day, I tell myself to do 15m' at least per two days and expect slowly increase the length of the time.

    The exercise that Pamela Viktoria recommend is Callanetics.
    Callanetics is really an exercise that really worth to be recommended.
    When I first saw the basic level I thought it won't be that tired and when I actually try, its physical exertion is unexpected really much.
    When I finished I feel really tired but also quite comfortable.

    When I feel hard to keep doing Callanetics or other else I could get encouraged by Viktoria.
    That really embraves me a lot!

  2. I found you via your YouTube video on food grade H202. Your face and hair pics have been the biggest inspiration for me. At 50, I hate looking in the mirror. My eyes used to be big. Now they are small, puffy, wrinkly and have dark circles under them that even good makeup can't hide. I'd give anything for collagen injections. But you have done it naturally!

    You've inspired me to go Vegan which isn't easy since I don't like vegetables! But every day I eat an avocado and an organic meatless taco salad. Although my skin and eyes still look as described, I no longer breakout. I'm not constipated everyday anymore either!

    I look forward to continuing this journey and getting occasional advice from you too if you don't mind!?

  3. Have followed Pamela Viktoria's protocol for 3 weeks now. Amazed at how, in the first week, some extra weight that I had been carrying has just easily fallen off, and in all the right places (didn't expect this)! The constant headaches, congestion, allergies are greatly reduced and the fatigue is lessening although not completely gone as of yet- needing more healing/detoxing. My body does feels lighter and I'm more agile (exercise is becoming easier and enjoyable). The bloated stomach has gone! My skin is starting to glow! These improvement are showing me that we're headed in the right direction!

    Am honored to be under this program and mentor-ship! Viktoria is knowledgeable, beautiful and giving. Looking forward to seeing what changes will have taken place within the next 30 days and on!

  4. Although I grew up with herbs, vitamins, alternative and home medicine I cannot believe how much I have learned from Pamela's detox blog!! Have started the H2o2 therapy and implementing other detox modalities to help regain my health back. Thank you Pamela for all your information, reference info and personal experience so that we can educate ourselves and learn to the importance of detoxing our bodies.

Which I love and is just like me. This page is always uplifting, inspiriing and motivating. Beauty and body goals are one of our highest motivators.Pamela brings a refreshing openess about a looking for beauty through the most natural means ever. Her message resonated with me. Her research and findings are fresh; information I have never seen on other forums . I was thrilled to discover her and more so her gneoristy with information. So excited to move deeper into this fascinating journey with her and the group.
